"This place is an absolute gem. You can't hope or wish for a better spot to land. Traveling here from Tenn for our first family vacation/celebration of a new high school graduate. Upon entering we were immediately at awe when we saw the view of the mountains within walking distance. The pool/ spa area and the outdoor space was magnificently maintained and beautiful. The house is stunning and just what we needed in order for everyone to have their own little space wether your inside or outside....

"This place is the perfect place for a small group or a couple of people. The beds were super comfy and the place was nice and clean. We didn’t get a confirmation email the day prior from VRBO but it was easy to communicate with Charlie to get the details. Thanks for providing a great space! I would definitely book again!!"

"We stayed here for a few nights on the way home to Colorado from the coast. We were really happy with the casita and Steve was a great host. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. It’s a pleasant walk downtown. We plan to make this a regular stop from now on."

The lack of television options was disappointing, too. There was no access to any live local stations or current programming. Only the Samsung TV channels, which show reruns from 10-20 years ago. The kitchen was decently provisioned. The refrigerator did not seem to keep things at the temperature noted on the...
