"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. "General stay was good, hotel was nice and clean. However access was a pain due to the dedicated app they use to access the property. I never initially received the email for activating and nor did anothe couple. Which led to a bit of a wait. Stay lets quickly remedied this however."

"It was just right for the 3 of us. Its situation, within walking distance of shops, pubs, etc. was excellent. There was lots of dog walks in open countryside......... she loved it! One minor grouse - the cooker was qite complicated, and the instructions in the welcome pack didn't fit the exact model of cooker. Otherwise, we loved Exchange cottage, and we loved Northleach........ we'll be back"

"My overall experience was wonderful. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The only issues I had to work around were most mirrors in the place were placed rather high for my 5'0 stature 😄. The living room/dinning area was perfect for when my local friends came for a visit. "This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. Great communication from start to finish with a super friendly and helpful person! A great central location on a safe road with registered parking, plenty of things...

"Lou’s view was a very comfortable cottage which suited our needs whilst we were there for a couple of days. The only thing that I feel that needs to be considered to be updated is the shower in the grey bathroom as the hot/cold water knob didn’t turn so we felt the water was tepid. The hot water boost wasn’t that effective either even when we turned it in early so 2 out of the 4 of us had cold showers. The view at the back of the building was beautiful especially when you have walked to the top...

"A really cozy historical cottage with all the modern amenities. And the most incredible thing is that it is so close to the commercial center of town, yet it really is amazingly quiet — the perfect blend for a countryside getaway.
