The roomy villa has updated interior/furnishings, granite countertops in the kitchen/bathrooms, large TVs, ceiling fans in every room, Nest thermostat, WiFi and outdoor grill. "My grand daughter turned 6 and wanted to place at the beach for a short trip. Found this condo on line and it was perfect. I loved both porches. The amenities were fantastic felt like home. Not institutional at all like some VRBOs. Robyn was fantastic to work with and the facility was quiet. Found some great restaurants and spent most of our time on the beach. Looking forward to coming back soon!"

This requires accommodating spouses or older children). We had a great time. Ashville was great to walk around and has good restaurants. We spent a day visiting the Smoky Mountain National park, and a day at the Biltmore. The SunnySide was great, perfect for us. Close to downtown and easy to get to."
