"We had a wonderful stay with Caren and David at their lovely home in the Prospect neighborhood of Longmont. Caren and David were warm, gracious hosts who went above and beyond accomodating our e-bikes and sharing their private studio apartment, beautiful gardens and insights into a truly unique neighborhood. If you like architecture and urban design, this is the place! Wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, parks and a French bakery within easy walking distance. A perfect stay!!"

"We spent 5 weeks here in Boulder. The unit is great for 2 people with fully equipped kitchen, living room area with giant tv, and a nice king bed. Great location in walking distance to Pearl Street Mall in one direction and Peoples Crossing Park, trails and Boulder Creek in the other. Had a few very minor glitches when we first arrived- hosts were great with communicating and getting everything fixed immediately!"

"Beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere"

"This is a tired, old condo complex and unit. The carport is falling apart as well. We arrived on a cold/rainy evening and found all of the windows in the unit opened about three inches. It was cold and damp in the unit and couldn't understand why the property manager had opened the widows before we had arrived. Well, it was apparent after about an hour that there was a smell in this unit. I don't know if it was mold, pet odors, smoking in the unit, nevertheless, it had an odor. My daughter...

"My husband and I were in Boulder to attend our son’s graduation from CU. We could not have chosen a property at a better location. Right next to Pearl Street. Walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants, and an extensive system of hiking trails. The home is bright, clean, and comfortable… and even though it is near all the action, it is quiet and peaceful. As a bonus, there’s a great view of the mountains from the deck. It was very hard for us to leave."

"We stayed in this cute condo for several weeks to help our daughter’s family after the birth of their second baby. The location was perfect for us. The complex is very well taken care of, and right near the golf course. It’s convenient to groceries and shopping. The kitchen is very well stocked, and there are plenty of linens and towels. The owner is very a friendly and helpful."

"Great location to explore Boulder and lots of on-street parking, which helped because we visited on a very busy weekend. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. Felt private (no in-person communication with upstairs owners) and we appreciated the laundry. BUT, the huge double fridge in the kitchen hummed ceaselessly, and the stairs to the owner's upstairs home created a sense of feeling like we were just staying in...
