"Absolutely loved our stay! The room was spacious, clean, and stocked with every amenity. The bed was extremely comfortable (even the pillows!) and we slept so well. "The property is located in a sketchy area of town. When entering/exiting we often found that there were people hanging around on the sidewalk or just waiting in cars near the building. Thankfully, we had no issues with any of them, but it was a bit concerning. The building itself doesn't have great curb appeal and is clearly quite old. "My fiance and I came to Detroit in the summer because we are touring all of the baseball stadiums in the US. The stay was very spacious, communication was easy, and building/parking felt safe. Only issue was how hot the room was. Despite the (very old) AC that was in the unit, it was not enough to adequately cool the space - it was so hot it was hard to sleep."

"A great host, we actually arrived 30 minutes prior to check in, but he was still cleaning the property up for us. He apologized, and we couldn’t have been happier with the amazing views and the historic property itself. There are also a lot of neat memorabilia that the owner has throughout, and each of us enjoyed looking at all of it. Hopefully we were respectful guests."

"Amazed by the entire stay. From the check in to the managment and accommodations. The loft was clean, quiet and well equipped. Perfect space for a couple retreat, small family, or even a photoshoot!
