"My family and I stayed at the cabin for 4 days during my daughter's winter break. It had everything we needed to manage the little ones, cook, relax, and have fun. There are many forest roads about 100 yards away for a morning hike. The local grocery was very close and convenient. The space is nice for a family with little ones. There was a creek running behind the cabin that the kids enjoyed walking down and there was a private lake with a playground that we got to explore."

"We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and had a lovely stay. The house is comfortable and well-appointed. We spent many hours relaxing on the deck, enjoying the beautiful scenery. It was very quiet and relaxing. We used the grill and had fabulous meals enjoying the view. We hope to return for a longer stay!"

"It's a quiet cabin in the forest. You can see the green trees all around you. Cabin has many windows so it feels airy, and every window gives you a view of the trees at different angles, and that's exactly what we were looking for. It's a quiet neighborhood, with the sounds (and occasional visit through the property) of turkeys. For us living in Bay Area, this nature retreat was a beautiful getaway."

"This is our second stay at this lovely Arnold cabin, and the title of “cozy” is quite accurate. The weather fared nice so it was not too hot (wouldn’t be anyways due to the shaded neighborhood). "My two kids and dog stayed in this cabin for two nights. It was easy to find and located very close to local snow activity areas. The cabin was quite spacious, we only needed one floor, but it could easily accommodate more people. The kitchen had all the necessary basics. There was a nice hill on the side for sledding and the heating system worked well. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen table. Host was quick to reply to a message I sent."

"We had a great time with my family of four and our two small dogs. There was plenty of room and it was a great location. The pilot light was out in the fireplace, but that was fixed within an hour, thank you very much. There was also no sponge to wash dishes, but that was fixed quickly as well. Plenty of room in the cabin to relax and play. Close to snow. We loved that the back deck was fenced for our dogs. Overall we were very happy and would go back."

"Close to off roading trails. Had to initiate contact with owner to get access information. Once contact made, no problems with getting a responses during visit. Locks are trickle, key is lift the handle up to lock. Owner provided everything you need. Was a great experience."

FYI-I never give 5 stars because to me, that indicates perfection and IMHO, anything can be improved. The backyard was great for our needs with all fresh snow and we were able to do sledding for our 3 year old boys and 6 year old.
