"We decided to book this as our children had a basketball tournament at Spookynook. We had a total of 15 people staying Friday -Sunday and we couldn't have asked for a better setup. Plenty of room and the amenities were top-notch. The boys appreciated being able to use the hot tub after a day of playing several games. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again."

"Myself, my wife, and our dog stayed the weekend while I was in town for a seminar and, truthfully, I can't think of a single thing about this property that wasn't wonderful. It's located close to everything in town without being in town itself. It's right off a main road, but the cottage is set back enough so that it is not obtrusive. Proximity to the new Linden coffee was a bonus.(once a one room school house) Only drawback was closeness to fairly heavily traveled Road with a lot of truck traffic. Still can’t beat the location. "We knew we were in for a lovely stay at the Cottage, but when we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality and attention to detail. We don’t want to spoil any surprises for anyone wanting to stay here, but trust us when we say that everything was thoughtful and enjoyable. "The owners are great! They communicate well! The home is in a busy area but we really didn’t mind, the owners provide fans, sound machines and such so it was just fine. Location is close to everything you need. Home was good! As a fellow vrbo owner, a recommendation would be to replace the rugs downstairs (they are getting pretty stained up) The home is a cute farmhouse style, beds were comfy but may also need a little maintenance. Overall, would stay again!!!"

"We really enjoyed our weekend at the property. There was a small issue with our code not working on the door when we arrived, but this was quickly resolved by the property manager and later on, the property owner dropped by to ensure we were settling in okay and to personally apologize for the inconvenience. We really enjoyed the personal touches and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, quiet property with great amenities and responsive management."
