"Incredible!! Loved everything about our stay in this historic hotel. The reception staff was unparalleled- so warm and friendly and helpful with local tips (thank you Andrea & Tim!!). The rooms were comfortable and clean and well stocked with what we needed for our overnight stay. Only regret is that we weren’t there longer!! The house restaurant menu looked great and the prices were very competitive. Just no time to actually try it. Maybe another time. "

"All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area was very convenient and well maintained. We ate in the Pantry several times and the food was delicious. "We were greeted by Chris when we checked in after long day exploring Cotswold. We decided to stay in and booked a reservation for dinner. Very low energy and not that helpful. Receptionist the following day was really helpful.
