VRBO company, Vacasa uses blatantly lies about property to defraud me as a customer.

The property listing said on site golf, hot tub, and other stuff. There was no hot tub on the property. I called Vacasa and this women had no idea. She read the listing and said yes there should be a hot tub there. Are you sure you have looked everywhere? I said yes and she then said , "well we have thousands of listings around the world so there is nothing i can do." Fraud - advertised hot tub and no hot tub.

Lovely house but listing is deceiving.

This house was clean, easy to find, and fun for all of our biking adventures. What appealed to us was that it said ON SITE pool, tennis courts, and playground. That was completely not the case. They meant the SHARK center which was not at all on site. Not walkable. Certainly not as advertised. There was a small playground with tennis courts and pool on site but we were not allowed access to any but the open small play structure. Just wanted anyone renting to be aware, because we had been looking forward to jumping in a pool at the end of the day and that was not the case. The internet also was so bad, I could not work from there which was a blessing on vacation but I had to rearrange a lot due to it. Sometimes we could watch things and sometimes not. We also got late responses about it and zero response from VRBO when we asked about the pool access despite calling and being told they would get back to me. So it goes. The house itself was clean and totally fine.
