People at the new location confirmed that they do this all the time. It is not a mistake but rather a scam. I left that second location and was lucky to find a nice hotel nearby for the same price. She was also helpful with transportation and accommodating our needs . The place was clean and looked just like the picture presented . "

There is a lot of greenery on the compound and it has all the basics that one needs. Definitely reasonably priced especially when you consider that it includes breakfast. "Rooms are stretched over a beautiful area close to the ocean and are spacey and well maintained. Options of two bars/restaurants with friendly staff; service in general very good - which is rare in Zanzibar. Food and drinks are good quality and many choices but also quiet expensive , similar to the 5-star hotels close by. Otherwise one of the best spots in Pemba! "
