"I stayed in this cozy basement apartment while I was in town for a convention. It was a welcome respite away from the inevitable chaos that comes from 1000 network contacts all staying in the same hotel. I got lots of work done, and even had some much needed down time. The neighborhood is lovely and comfortable for walking. It's close to downtown, but quiet. A must stay!"

We were in town to help my daughter find a place to live as she had just accepted a job in SLC. After researching many VRBO's we found this place and thought it would be perfect for our family for the long weekend and it also allowed pets too. We brought our small dog with us. "This place was an excellent value for the price. 3 BR 2 bath with a hot tub and a good location with easy access to ski resorts, downtown SLC etc. Kitchen was very well stocked, was also helpful to have a washer/dryer. The owner was very responsive to requests and you could tell they went to great lengths to make this a good rental space. I have only 3 suggestions that would make this place even better: 1. The beds and pillows were a bit stiff/springy. A memory foam topper from Costco or amazon...
