Within walking distance of West Dennis Beach, this property will give you the relaxing summer getaway to Cape Cod you've been dreaming of. This classic home enjoys a prime location for beach-goers, with the open-to-the-public West Dennis Beach just over half a mile south - this beach can also be seen from the cottage. When you're not swimming, sunbathing, windsurfing, or building castles in the sand, you'll be in a beautiful spot for riding bikes, fishing and kayaking on the Bass River, which offers a public boat ramp and dock, and attending the summer games of the Cape Cod Baseball League. Red Wilson Field, the home of the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox, is two miles north, as is the beautiful Bass River Golf Course if you want to play 18 holes. For a shorter golf affair, mini-golf is nearby. Walk to on-the-water bars and restaurants less than one mile away. If you're in the mood for refreshing ice cream, you're only one mile from downtown West Dennis where you'll find plenty of ice cream parlors.
The living space is comfortable and delightfully uncluttered, offering a charming kitchen where you can flip pancakes in the morning with your little helpers seated at the island and an open living and dining area with a wall of windows to let in the light. Walk home from a glorious day on the sand to light the gas grill outside, set the picnic table for an alfresco dinner, and watch your kids play tag in the grass as the sun begins to set. The backyard has outdoor furniture to make your stay more comfortable and convenient.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
