"Gabriel answered our calls promptly and did his best to accommodate us. I shared that the oven top only 3 burners were working properly and he tried to get them repaired. Since we didn't care and the repair man was off island we just left it to do later. We enjoyed the roosters and peacocks and the privacy. It was a short distance to go to Esperanza, which was convenient to the bioluminescent bay. Thank you"

"We stayed here for 6 days at the end of April 2024. And this property is the definition of balling on a budget. The pool was great! The views were great! The house was good… It was basic, with ac in the bedrooms, basic kitchen, Basic living room, basic bathrooms. With all the beach items you could need included! Hope this helps."

The listing doesn’t do this house justice because the pool space is bigger than it looks on in the picture and it has wonderful outside dining. There’s a decent sized yard and the rooms were great! "Nice and cozy apartment with spectacular views. The deck leading up to the apartment is in need of some repair and strengthening in some areas, but once you make it into the apartment, it is in great conditioned. The space was generous for being a small apartment. Only drawback was the underpowered A/C units, however it did not keep us from enjoying our time there. Gia was very attentive and responsive to all our messages."
