Um ótimo hotel, mas as malas ficam no chão.
Minha experiência foi boa, o Hotel é luxuoso e bem localizado, a única crítica foi em relação ao quarto, pois reservei uma cama King e nos deram 2 de solteiro, já percebi que em alguns hotéis fazem isto, e não tinha apoio para as malas, tive que colocar em cima das mesas e no chão.

Boa localização e conforto.
Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo á zona turistica e á Opera (200m). Muito confortável, estilo clássico. O quarto que fiquei tinha um bom tamanho e o banheiro era excelente. Fiquei despontado no momento do Check in pois era meu aniversário e, mesmo eu sendo sócio do LHW (conveniado ao Hotel), eles me negaram um upgrade, de forma bastante antipática por sinal, mas sem problemas. As instalações sáo muito aconchegantes. Vimos uma mulher (cigana) tentando subir aos quartos. Não tomamos café-da-manhã no hotel, apenas por questões de gosto pessoal, por isso não posso avaliar. Internet razoável. Esqueçam alugar carro. Tem Uber fácil. PS>: Tive de ir ao Concierge perguntar sobre os ingressos da Opera pois solicitei que fossem entregues no Hotel. O concierge não me avisou!

The hotel is magnificent. Beautifully maintained and the room was large and beautiful. The staff are all spectacular, friendly, efficient. All our needs were met almost immediately. Location is also perfect -KartneRing is in the middle of everything and a great upscale and safe area. I highly recommend and will be back.

The staff was phenomenal. They really go the extra mile for their guests. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, clean, quiet and safe. Shopping, dining and transportation are at your fingertips. I will stay again when visiting Vienna.

This was a fabulous traditional hotel with excellent dining choices. It was a little cool during our visit so we got hot chocolate from the lobby café. Very unusual and fun. Learned How to use a bidet! We had no car so the hotel was perfectly located.

The hotel generally meets the expectation from a 5-star hotel. It is worth pointing out the courtesy of the staff, the high standars of cleanliness and the very convenient location. The breakfast was satisfactory and enjoyable. The thing that needs attention for improvement is some pieces of furniture in the room such as seats that squeak when used.

Grand Vienna hotel is second to none in Vienna. I love staying at this place. Front desk staff was very courteous and pleasant at check-in. It is very important when you are traveler and do not understand the language they speak. Got a room upgrade as a VIP guest. Great experience.

When we first arrived, we were underwhelmed. There was no one to help us with our bags, and after arriving in our room, there was urine still on the toilet seat. The fire alarm also went off two nights in a row, which meant we were sitting outside in the cold, and only until right before the fire department arrived did they bring us blankets. It was utter chaos, and nobody was there to help us. The breakfast was mediocre, considering the price of €90 for two people. The hotel is in a great location, but for the price point, I recommend other five-star hotels located in the same area. Overall, considering what I paid for the hotel, I am not happy with what I received. Next time I am in Vienna, I will stay elsewhere.

This just was not a 5 star experience. I stayed for a week and the service - particularly room service - was abysmal. I ordered room service for dinner a total of 4 times, and twice my order was "lost" resulting in delays of several hours. If I order dinner at 18:30, I don't want to be eating at 21:30. If it happens more than once, its not an accident -- its poor management. Frankly, the staff in some places was rude, too. The man in the suit running the breakfast service was terse and I dreaded him. The evening manager of the lobby bar was similarly unpleasant. When a hotel bills itself as a 5-star, luxury hotel, you expect a luxury experience. You're likely to find better service at a highway Marriott. The spa charged €170 for a 50 minute full body massage and I found the quality was not worth the cost. The Four Seasons charges less and offers far better spa service. Who came up with these prices? Not worth it. Better to run down the street to the Hyatt if you want a decent spa experience. The rooms had in-room, self-service tablets that didn't work half the time. Very frustrating to deal with. Every time someone in my corner of the 4th floor slammed a door, my walls and bed rattled. To its credit, the building is pretty and the lobby and hallways were charming. On balance, this was not a pleasant stay. It's a pretty building with 5-star prices but 3-star service and offerings. What a disappointing holiday.

Location was great and friendly staff. The rooms and carpeting needs upgrade. Mattresses are old with hard springs and very uncomfortable to sleep. Ownership needs to spend some money to make it look like 5 star.
