"The property is well equipped and comfortable. Its easy to get to and right on the lake. Beautiful picture windows overlook Oneida Lake, and make the living area so serene. It was very rainy while we were there, but that did not lessen our enjoyment of this cute lake house!"

"Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy...

"My husband, daughter and I were heading to Sylvan Beach for a surprise birthday party for his grandma and needed a place to stay. This place was perfect. We had a five month old, the place was super clean. It was shockingly warm so we were able to walk to the Pancake House for breakfast and the beach to look at the lake. The hosts was very nice and property manager. If we need to come back for a family visit we will stay there or talk everyone into renting the bigger property."

"Being close to the beach was important to me and this is exactly what we got. House was clean and it's location was superb. We ended up staying an additional night and property owners were very cooperative in making this possible. We had beautiful weather and the beach was not overcrowded. We just loved it here. "Our family tremendously enjoyed our stay in this lovely lakeside home. Great spaces for both indoor and outdoor relaxing; gorgeous views of the water (we were there in April, so too cold to swim, but it would be fantastic in the summer!); exceptionally well appointed with cookware and dining ware.
