"Beautiful old building, well maintained. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was great. Bathrooms in these old inns are afterthoughts, this one was squeezed in and did not match the high nightly price the inn charges. Fiberglass tub/shower was adequate but tight so wondered why they bothered with the tub, should have just done a shower and gained some room. Vanity top was in good shape but laminate. "Everything at the Sugar Maple Inn was newly renovated and very clean. The staff was helpful, friendly and accomodating. The food and drink in the lounge were good but pricey. The lounge has a beutiful fireplace but they never lit it up despite staying there on a very cold weekend. "

"as meninas da recepção foram excelentes , no entanto pelas fotos da Hotels.com teriamos reservado um cottage o que nao nos foi oferecido no check in . Tivemos a oportunidade de ver o cottage o que nos pareceu bem diferente das fotos e mais velho e mal decorado, nao fazendo jus ao que foi visto no site.FICAMOS NUMA SUITE NOVA e muito bem decorada mas que no entanto nao nos atendeu no quesito espaço , principalmente numa viagem de ski...o cafe da manha continental era muito diversificado e com boas opçoes organicas e vegetarianas. Cafe complimentary e chas servidos no lobby todas as tardes.O que foi mais apreciado por nos foi a atenção e cordialidade das recepcionistas em especial a Coral ...sempre apta e disposta a ajudar."
