Doris helped me to procure a room that wasn't used by a pet due to my allergies which I appreciated. We stayed for seven days and had great stay. Breakfast is good and coffee is always available. Will stay again.

Shower curtain had brown stuff on it and shower itself had not been cleaned, it was obvious. Dark brown stains on corner of all walls. Blood red stain on carpet. The fridge didn’t work well. The breakfast made my family sick and I’m guessing it’s because things that need to be refrigerated were sitting out. Definitely not the worst hotel I’ve been in but don’t pay regular price. Just being honest!

Dear Kelli,Please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay. I will definitely bring this to my housekeeping's attention. As for the red stain on the carpet is not blood. It's a stain from red Gatorade that no longer comes out. We get our carpets cleaned once every month and some stains just don't come out anymore. the fridge works well if you have it on the high setting number six. The only thing with it being on the highest temperature it does start making some grogging sound. In our breakfast area the only things we have that need to kept refrigerated are our yogurts, whip cream, butter and cream cheese these items are put out in containers that are made to keep these items cold when they are taken out of the refrigerator as for the milk, it is kept in a milk jug that maintains it cold while being out. Rest assured I will pass on these comments to my staff to improve for future reference.

Expedia indicated that a room with a sleeper sofa was available at this location. There are no rooms with a sleeper sofa at this location and no rollaways. The staff gave us blankets to make a pallet on the floor for our grandson. The phone in the room did not have a cord, so I had to go down to the desk to communicate with the staff. When we were leaving, the firemen were extracting people from a stuck elevator. The hotel was very clean and provided plenty of towels.

One particular worker (seemed like a general manager) is rude and impolite with guests. As I got to the front desk at arrival he seemed upset I booked via Expedia and not directly. He immediately asked me what kind of pets I had with me, and upon finding I had 2 kitties he told me they “no longer accept cats”, only dogs. Upon my questioning why this was not stated upon booking he said “you should have called…”. In the end he charged me extra per cat to allow them staying with us. This gentleman gives La Quinta a bad name.

Property is fine. Rooms are clean. However, there was a very disruptive woman in another room that was continuously screaming, yelling and banging stuff non stop for hours and it was reported multiple times, by multiple customers and they still were allowed to continue the disruptive behavior by the hotel staff with no resolution.

It’s fine for a couple nights. Breakfast was limited and just ok as compared to other similar facilities. The POT smell on our floor the first night was awful. I don’t now how hotels can address that. Just sucks.

Hotel was fine. Relatively clean. Room had a strange gurgling noise that was really loud. I believe it was the bathroom vent that could not be turned off. It was loud enough to keep me awake even with the bathroom door closed. The breakfast was so-so. Average selection of typical hotel breakfast. The eggs were awful but everything else was good. The hotel seemed newer but did show some aging. My bathroom towel rack fell off and the mirror was worn. The beds were very comfortable. Decent stay but may go elsewhere when I return.
