Hot tub not working. This was the reason I pick this hotel was for the hot tub, post broken back and pain. Pool in the afternoon filled with leaves and debris and should have been cleaned out again. Guest washer and dryer requires quarters but the front desk only had $1.50 in quarters and no change machine. Iron in the room barely heated up and spit water all over my dress and the front desk didn’t have a replacement!!! Do not stay here. Room are old looking. Pictures on line are obviously old.

Noisy...people running through the hallways, shouting and talking loud almost all night: some at the point it made it feel unsafe. Did not get any sleep!! Why doesn't hotels set aside sections of the hotel as quiet areas and mark as such? Let loud groups, etc. stay in separate areas; or the hotel should police the hotel for such conditions and noise.

The property was just ok overall. The outdoor pool was not heated as explained to me over the phone prior to our visit. It was not only cold but dirty. The hot tub was good though and the customer service was great.

The service was excellent. They checked to make sure all was ok with my room. The lamps next to my beds were not turning on and they sent someone up to solve the problem immediately. Shuttle at 4:30 am to airport so convenient. Will stay again!

Staff was very helpful. Airport shuttle driver was cheerful in the middle of the night. Nice bathrooms. Thermostats we’re better than most any other hotel. Thank you for making the last night of a great vacation perfect

Truck was broken into and robbed 2nd night there. Staff seemed unconcerned. Shower floor was always dirty. Reported to the desk that the pool/spa area was out of towels and the person on duty started to argue with me about if there were towels available. That is not really how I wold describe customer service.

Everything was good as usual. Just with an older hotel there’s only so much you can do.It’s starting to get that old hotel smell. Other than that. It was clean. People were very helpful.

Had issues with Expedia not showing i had pre paid so was charged twice but the desk lady took care of it right away and it was put back on card immediately.. Also had the smoke detector in room beep half the night till maintenance came in the morning to fix it so that was a bummer.. Over all great experience tho and would definitely stay again.

Convienent, friendly staff,good breakfast. Just feels very overused and not that clean. When I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns it felt like a 4star hotel. This one felt like a 2 Star.

Expedia booked the wrong room yet charged for my more expensive room. The hotel was willing to charge the lower rate but Expedia would not. Don’t use Expedia!!! They make mistakes and will not acknowledge it

My room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash that was in the shower and the amenities in the room. The continental breakfast was great as well. Bacon eggs waffles. Much more than the usual fare. Would definitely stay here on my next trip!
