Um pouco frustrante
O hotel é belíssimo, o café da manhã é excepcional, a localização é ótima, há um frigobar passível de parcial utilização (possui produtos para venda), a cama e os travesseiros confortáveis e o tamanho do silencioso quarto e do banheiro foram muito bons para um casal, além de muito bem decorados. Todavia nossa experiência foi um tanto frustrante. Trata-se de um hotel com diárias caras e como reservamos para seis noites com grande antecedência, tínhamos uma expectativa de um quarto melhor (mesmo tendo optado pelo standard). Ficamos no andar mais baixo possível (2°) e, a rigor, sem nenhuma vista. Certamente nos hospedamos em uma das piores instalações do hotel. Não obstante, nosso quarto foi limpo/arrumado apenas na metade dos dias de estadia. o que foi atípico para o padrão a que estamos acostumados, e a conexão de Wi-Fi é ruim, fraca e muito instável, algo injustificável em 2023 diante do montante pago. Tromsø é uma cidade fantástica e espero que possamos retornar um dia. Quando isso ocorrer, vamos ponderar o custo/benefício e provavelmente escolher um outro hotel para nos hospedar porque pelo preço que pagamos o sentimento que fica é que o investimento não compensou.

Albergo che andrebbe per alcune cose migliorato (arredo) ; molto pulite le stanze. Ma il bar è quasi sempre chiuso ed anche il bar al piano 11. Inoltre non abbiamo potuto prendere il caffè poiché la macchina era rotta. In un 4 stelle non deve verificarsi tutto ciò.

Wonderful location, beautiful view from my room. Room was a solo traveler room so it was pretty small. The staff, amenities, etc were fabulous! Highly recommend this place!! Breakfast had a wide selection and was pretty mainstream.

A nice hotel centrally located. Do not go for a standard room unless you are comfortable with clambering in to bed from just one side. Hotel lobby is very nice and good to sit in and have a drink and watch the boats. The breakfast is really, really good, with so much on offer.

Well located hotel with great views from high floors. Really good breakfast. Friendly staff. Only downsides were no parking and, like lots of Norway, the top bar was closed over Easter weekend.

Das Bett war super, wir haben prima geschlafen ! Tolle Aussicht ! Leider kein Fitnessraum und keine Sauna, geschweige denn Pool. Man hätte eine Straße weiter in eine 24h Mukkibude gehen können.Aber wer will das schon bei Eis und Schnee ? In der Suite für 1 Woche nur 3 Kleiderbügel, kein richtiger Schrank. Im Badezimmer nur 3 Haken für kleine Handtücher. Die Polstermöbel mit Wollbezug in der Suite und im Frühstücksraum waren schmuddelig, fleckig und zT vergilbt. Bei den hohen Kosten darf man mehr erwarten.

The hotel is in a great location with wonderful views over the habour where we were even able to see the Northern Lights from our bedroom window. The hotel offered everything we needed, with spacious rooms and great buffet breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place and would easily stay here again!

We are just back from a four day stay to celebrate a 60th birthday. The hotel has a lovely, spacious, modern feel. The rooms were plenty big enough and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with an enormous variety. The hotel is brilliantly placed by the harbour, shops and all the pick up points for trips. A very enjoyable stay!

This hotel is well located and has good breakfast but although we paid $1,200.00 for three nights for a Superior room they gave us the smallest hotel room I’ve ever been. It was horrible. Avoid it if you can.

Das Frühstück war fantastisch, das Personal sehr nett, die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer grandios. Die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsanbietern lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

We had a great view from our room. All around a great hotel with a smashing breakfast layout. Don’t miss the freshly made omelette by the Greek cook. Truly a first class affair. Unfortunately they don’t serve lunch. Skybar is a gem. You can see the Aurora from there on a good night. They need to put a gym and a pool with a spa and a sauna to make it perfect for anyone’s stay.

The Breakfast was outstanding!.. the Chef will make you an omelette in front of you and it’s by far the best omelette I’ve ever had!.. the whole breakfast in general was amazing. We stayed on the 11th floor and the views were breathtaking. Absolutely recommend this place

A great stay at this hotel. Our room had a lovely view and had everything we needed. A great choice at breakfast and always friendly staff.
