Our experience was not so good from the beginning. Since we have an infant with us and there was a long queue at the check in due to cancellation of flight late in the evening, we’ve requested that if she can take us in but staff didn’t agree with that and asked to wait for queue till my turn.It took half an hour for our turn. Secondly, room was different than which was shown in Expedia and when we’ve complained then manager denied that we don’t have property like this. We got upgrade for one night. But for one night stay,We’ve requested for refund which didn’t happen just upgraded the room for stay. It was our two night stay at hotel. Quite not so well experience.
