Excelente e frustrante
O hotel é muito bonito e o atendimento foi ótimo. Os funcionários da recepção e do café da manhã principalmente. Nos trataram muito bem em todos os momentos. Nos perguntaram o motivo da visita e dissemos que era pro aniversário de casamento e nos enviaram doces e frutas e no café da manhã nos deram mais um bolo. Isso fez toda a diferença. Por outro lado, quando descemos pra jantar no El Faro, depois de comermos vimos uma barata na parede e depois ela andou por nossa mesa. Ficamos preocupados porque os copos e talheres já estavam na mesa quando sentamos e os usamos. Falamos com eles sobre o ocorrido e inicialmente nos deram um drink grátis, mas fiquei me perguntando se aquilo não seria algo mais grave e não nos cobraram as comidas mas sim as bebidas. No dia seguinte logo após o café da manhã comecei a me sentir mal e dormi. Tive infecção intestinal e fiquei 2 dias de cama. No primeiro dia fiquei desidratada porque nem água consegui beber. Fiquei muito triste com isso por ser uma data especial e termos tido um atendimento excelente por uma parte e esse lado super desagradável com a comida.

Exceptional hotel, really fantastic with great restaurants and amenities, room with sea view and balcony was pretty awesome, very comfortable with everything you needed on hand, the hotel was absolutely spotless and staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool and beach areas were kept to a very high standard just like the rest of the hotel, I can totally recommend the Kempinski and I’m sure we will be back, thanks for some great memories

Our experience at the hotel was fantastic overall. The property is impressively spacious and aesthetically stunning, yet it maintains a comfortable and uncrowded atmosphere. The main issue was the initial room we were assigned, which had an unpleasant odor, prompting us to request a room change. The rooms, particularly the upgraded one we occupied, seemed somewhat dated and lacked a certain level of style and modernity. The amenities provided in the room were disappointingly of low quality, giving off more of a 4-star hotel vibe rather than the expected luxury of a 5-star establishment. While the hotel's overall interior exuded luxury and beauty, the discrepancy in quality between the common areas and the rooms was noticeable. Despite this, we still had a pleasant stay and appreciated the positive aspects of our experience.

Ich war dieses Jahr schon das zweite Mal im Marsa Malaz Kempinski. Es ist echt alles Top. Die Zimmer sind schon bei den Kleinsten ca. 75qm groß und haben einen richtig großen Balkon. Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich, professionell und extrem bemüht. Um die Ecke gibt es haufenweise Cafés, Restaurants und auch einen Supermarkt. Ich schreibe, wenn ich ehrlich bin, nur eine Bewertung, wenn mich etwas extrem gestört hat bzw., wenn es eine Abzocke ist, um Leute vorzuwarnen und meine Erfahrung zu ersparen. In diesem Fall kann ich echt sagen, man macht hier nichts verkehrt. In allen Kategorien 5 Sterne.

Treat yourself at this mind blowing hotel.
My stay was super amazing. I need to praise and thank Management and the staff for the beyond excellent service. The Management and Staff went out of their way to cater for our every needs. The Manager from South Africa even paid with his own credit card for us to be whisked away to the airport. At breakfast we were met with amazing staff that encouraged us to taste the various dishes. The Chef from Turkey and India were friendly and full of smiles What an amazing experience. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but non- compared to Marza Malaz. Hope to see you soon

The property is situated on a man-made island in the city. As such, there are not many restaurants or shops nearby serving local cuisine. We were told that we could walk to shopping but were not certain how to get there. As such, our stay had a healthy dose of Uber. That said, the food at the hotel was great. So too was the enthusiastic attitude and support of the staff whom we had a chance to meet. No matter the question, the staff always responded with a smile. In particular, I think the efforts of Praneesh, Adnane, Hanna, and Brenda were especially noteworthy. A nice thing about the property is that is it has a beachh. This is a nice feature for those warm Doha days!

Lovely shaded shallow pools for the children and because there are multiple pools you don't feel on top of other people. Lovely beach.
