"Our family had a busy weekend scheduled for our daughter’s softball tournament in Concord, and wanted a quiet place to rest and recharge in between games. This place exceeded our expectations - I wish we’d had more time to spend at the property, it was beautiful and super quiet. We would definitely stay here again."

"A friend and I booked this house fairly last minute for a Memorial Day trip with our kids - we’re so glad we did! The house is super clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything from beach towels to cleaning supplies to kitchen spices, making everything so easy. We were so “busy” hanging on the deck, playing ping pong and enjoying the lake we didn’t have time to use the kayaks but it was so great that they were available. "The property worked for my purpose, it was not overly clean ( even though they charged me for cleaning, if this is what they paid they did not get their monies worth). Also I ended up paying which I felt was exceptionally high for one night near a lake off season, I felt this was way overpriced. They touted snacks available, but some of these were open and half eaten. Overall it felt like the owners just moved out for a night."

"The house was immaculate and the neighborhood was peaceful. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed dining on the back deck, using the firepit at night and cooking in the well supplied kitchen. My husband even got to explore the pond using one of the kayaks. Overall fantastic experience."

"Louis is a wonderful host! The house is really great. Lots of open space and windows everywhere! The upstairs loft was perfect for my son. It is a very comfortable home. The private area down by the water is a small slice of heaven with two docks, a float to swim to and a hammock for reading and relaxing in the shade. The lake was perfect for us - lots of swimming, kayaking, fishing and paddleboarding. Highly recommend!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Belmont. I really liked their wall of sports memorabilia. We enjoyed playing darts on their dart board. Also, the next-door neighbor was super friendly to us. It was really nice."

"My boyfriend & I stayed at the Pemi Shore Cottages for 2 nights and it was exactly what we was looking for. Privacy in a wooded area with a quick walk to a beach? What more can we ask for :). We brought our two dogs and even that was a great accommodation! Our host John was super friendly and just one call away! I would highly recommend this location if you want to disconnect and relax."

"Great srea to stay for the day trips that we did. The room was a nice size. Quite as we are on the 4th floor. Only thing was the bed was hard and the pillows soft. Lying on back wasn't good but side was fine. Morning breakfast was good. Also fruit and cookies out for snacks during the day. Swim in the pool was nice. Nice view!"

"Hotel confortável, quarto grande, café da manhã razoável. O maior problema foi a limpeza, que não foi realizada em nenhum dia em que ficamos hospedados, tivemos que buscar as toalhas, papel higiênico na recepção. Ficamos 7 noites, Sendo que somente na primeira passagem de 3 noites, quando avisamos que não haviam feito a limpeza, fizeram uma única vez. Na segunda passagem de 4 noites, nenhuma limpeza foi feita."
