"Condo had nice views of the lake just past the pool. Grounds were well kept and the unit was comfortable for us and our small dog. We were not aware that the hanging key fob in the kitchen opened the gate to the pool. This would be the only information I would add to the instructions we received prior to check in. Thanks for a great stay."

"We loved our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo! It was clean and cozy and had a great view of Bear Lake from the balcony. Right across the street from the marina and only a couple miles from grocery store and restaurants. There was easy access to the hot tub on site. Nice and relaxing trip in the off season at Bear Lake!"

"This property is at a great location. Close to hikes, bike path, the boulevard, and only 30 minutes from north shore. Hot tub is amazing and view is absolutely fantastic! Could be a little cleaner but overall a fantastic stay and a great place!"

I kept a screenshot just to make sure nothing came up and sure enough, the company contacted us to checkout a day early. I sent them the screenshot as proof that we extended our stay and they refused to honor the price because “they never confirmed” the booking officially. Other issues that came up: We did kill multiple bugs and spyders during our stay. The gas...
