"First of all, Kay was absolutely lovely and was so flexible with some of our travel mess ups and delays. Thank you Kay! Second - have been to Cotswolds several times, I would say this is one of the best locations as far as being out but in - it was literally minutes down the road from Stratford and then driving to other towns was very convenient. We didn’t really end up with much time at the property but the little we were there I would definitely come back! It was so quaint and Cotswoldish!...

"The apartment was very functional, clean and well presented. I just struggle with the doors all being on closer chains which can be irritating (I understand its a building regulations requirement - but frustrating nevertheless). to traverse round the flat, I had to wedge the bathroom and bedroom doors open. Small quirk tho - evrything else was good and the location is very convenient for The Bullring where i was working about 100 yards away."

"Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. "

"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it."

"The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor. "The property was better than described. The facilities were ideal and extensive, especially the swimming pool. It was just what we needed for a rainy weekend away with ages ranging from 5 to 70. All the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms had good showers and plenty of hot water. The kitchen/family room worked really well meaning we could all be together. Stephanie replied quickly to any queries and was very helpful. We would definitely return."

"The only issue was the overwhelming smell of smoke when you enter the apartment. The actual property was great for what we were looking for. Close to the centre of Cheltenham, walking distance to lots of restaurants and plenty to do. Space was clean and comfortable but we could not get passed the smell every time we entered the apartment.
