"We stayed here after attending the George Strait concert in Ames. All the hotel rooms were going for $500+ each and with 8 people in our party, those prices were becoming unreasonable. "I was traveling alone and the studio was exactly what I wanted for my trip. Close to Main Street shops and busses. Check in/out was a breeze. Communication was great. The water pressure in the shower was the BEST! Especially after a hot summer day. The doors can be a little tricky, but I got the hang of it guickly. Loved my stay!"

"Our family stayed here for graduation weekend! Gina is amazing!!! The house is very clean and well stocked! There was fresh fruit and pastries! Flowers and a banner for our son who graduated! "The house was very clean. All the spaces are comfortable and met all of our needs. The owner was very good with communication and very accommodating to us. The only negative…..and we have found this to be the case at most VRBO houses we have rented….was that the outdoor grill had not been cleaned in quite a while. We spent a lot of time cleaning it. Otherwise everything else was excellent."

"The owners were very helpful with our questions, plus really flexible and gracious with a couple of special requests we made. The house worked great for our family get together. The outdoor space directly associated with the house is minimal but there is a neighborhood gazebo across the street that was wonderful to sit and visit on a beautiful May afternoon. I would recommend the house and quiet location!"

The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants.
