"The check in was a smooth and easy process. There was construction going on around the property on the road which made things confusing, created detour. The room was nice but when other people left or entered their room it was really loud as the sound would carry- to the point it sounded like they were accessing your room. "The barn house was a peaceful base camp for exploring the south coast. We enjoyed the hot tub. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The most well stocked property I have ever stayed at with cooking supplies, laundry, and bathrobes. The large window skylights, lighting, and infloor heating created a cozy place for our family to enjoy. Highly recommend!"

"This is a lovely cottage in a quiet neighborhood and tiny village. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the house. The kitchen is well appointed, although we only used it for light breakfasts. We had fabulous weather, so we were able to enjoy the outside deck and sea air. "We had a great time at this house - it was convenient to Reykjavic, Golden Circle, Inside the Volcano, Reykjadalur hike, Selfoss and more. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals and we loved the hot tub after long days hiking and exploring the area."

"We spent three nights in the cabin and would have love to have spent more. Wonderful location for the Golden Circle and southern coast. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a wonderful way to end the day!"

"Could have used more information in writing in the house on systems/appliances (e.g., washer/dryer, dishwasher). The door between bathroom and two downstairs BRs needs to be shaved; it is sticking. Given such small BRs on the main level, there should at least be some shelves and/or more hooks. The sofa is REALLY worn; otherwise, the common area is excellent and attractive for a group of our size."
