"Overall we really enjoyed our stay however there was a few cons I wanted to list out in hopes the owner will take these into consideration in the future. "Renter beware, this is not a ski in ski out condo, nor can it accommodate more than 3 people comfortably. Owner claimed it was 50 steps to hill, which you can not reach due to ice and being roped off. Kitchen had only 3 dinner plates for dining, so not sure how the description claims can accommodate 6+. The hot tub pool area is not on site so that was also out of the equation. Deck was not shoveled nor was the outdoor deck furniture shoveled off so also out of the equation."

"This was a family gathering to celebrate a birthday and have a reunion. The house is very roomy and perfect for such a gathering. The owners have clearly thought of everything. "We stayed here as a chance to be in the snow and not at the prices of Tahoe. It was a great choice. The house was beautiful and perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults, 7 and a 3 year old). "The stay was nice. Enjoyed the house and neighborhood. It has a dog pen in the laundry room which was nice when we had to leave, our two small dogs could be put away in the kitchen while we left. I recommend this for families. My kids loves it."

Funcionários "perdidos" e pouca manutenção
"Tivemos uma indicação deste hotel que antes era Hard Rock, mas passou a ser da rede Golden Nuggets, só que os funcionários pareciam estar perdidos, principalmente no momento do check-in que não encontravam minha reserva e depois de localizar cobraram o valor errado no cartão do meu marido, de uma reserva de outro hóspede. A gerente disse que já havia feito o estorno e que era para retornarmos depois para pegar o comprovante, pois estava lotada a recepção. Voltamos 2hrs depois e ela nao só não tinha feito o estorno como não gostou muito quando pedimos o recibo e que fosse assinado por ela. Fora a limpeza: muito pó no quarto e os elevadores não funcionavam, precisávamos esperar um longo tempo para utilizar o elevador dos funcionários. Resumindo: apesar da boa localização não indico este hotel. Não antes deles se reestruturar. "
