Graduation
There were 10 of us that came from out of state to attend graduation ceremony at Gonzaga Law. We all had enough space and the pool was great! Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!

Exceeding Expectations
Our stay at the VRBO in Spokane more than exceeded my expectations. Staying for a week we packed a variety of supplies in case we needed them but the VRBO was outfitted with everything from A to Z, it was incredible. The Grill was great and the pool was amazing. I can't thank the Mngmt enough for what an amazing job they did in outfitting the rental to make our stay amazingly comfortable and without worry. Many thanks and looking forward to future visits.

Surprise
Needed a place to stay that would accomodate our family. We all came in to surprise our daughter/sister from different areas of Washington and Oregon. It was her 25th birthday. What a grand place to stay. Was comfortable, plenty of room, and the pool was a HUGE hit with the kids and adults. Thank you so much. Will definately be back

Fun!
We stayed here with our kids and their little cousins. Having an indoor pool was so, so fun! The layout of all the rooms was perfect; everyone had plenty of space and quiet so we could all sleep well, and some of us could stay up late watching movies without disturbing anyone else. We loved the home overall and would happily come back! Our only issue was no communication about the property, like how to operate the pool cover, or what we should do for check out. We just kind of guessed, based on other places we’ve stayed, what would be most helpful for the property manager/cleaners. Aside from that, it was such a good experience!

Family Getaway
I chose this property because of the indoor pool and the number of bedrooms. Was looking for a place where my grandkids could have a blast, during the cold months in the Northwest. What a treat! The kids loved every minute of it! The location was easy to find and in a safe neighborhood that was close almost everything you needed. Host was very accessible and responded quickly to any question. Would definetly stay again.

Great Location for us, house has plenty of everything (even a crockpot!) clean with so many places to sleep!!! The pool IS AMAZING!!! we had 2 young ones and had no worries of them getting into pool area-there are good locks on doors to pool. The back yard was simple and inviting. I think the squirrels are stocked on peanuts! We will stay again when family comes to WA. We left home neat, stripped beds, washed/dry towels and started dishwasher….there is no check-out list. We were lucky and met the owner, very kind and personable. It was a great place for all ages!!!

The property was perfect for wedding rehearsal dinner . The pool was a big hit with all ages and we were a bit worried that we forgot the kids life vests until we arrived and we’re pleased to see the various sizes that were supplied. The gathering room accommodated everyone for the mariners game. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Definitely worth the money.

Ya'll think unicorns are majestic? Try this place!
We rented this home for my twins 14th birthday! I know if I owned a home and heard it would be full of 14 year old boys, I would be a little apprehensive. However, Kyler was more than welcoming and excited to have us stay! The day of check in he (knowing children would be present) messaged me about any and all locks to the pool, doors, etc. He responded immediately when I had any questions. Not only was he extremely communicative, but he was also very patient and kind! Our kids birthday party resulted in us staying up late with all the teens! I woke up later than expected so was running late on check out! We messaged and he was more than understanding and kind about this situation! One review complained about not having a check out list... it's because Kyler did not have expectations of his guest! If you are a decent human being that has a brain you can kinda figure out what will be helpful for the cleaning crew! No need to complain! The layout of the house, the situation of the rooms, and the actual beds were beyond incredible! (I still blame how comfortable the beds were as to why I woke up later than usual, ha ha ha) We have rented out many of homes and this has been an incredible experience for us! Thank you Kyler! You are very appreciated by our family, and will have many more people coming your way!

Nice get away for our family Christmas
This was our second time renting this home for our Christmas get together. We love the convenience and the location. The pool is also a big hit. There were a couple issues that happened but the owner was quick to respond and made things right. We would not hesitate in renting from him again.

Great place to stay
In Spokane for a power lifitng competition the house was a perfect place. Kids stay busy each day swiming. I got to relax. Centrally located around anything you can want. House is loaded with everthing you could need.

In need of repairs
The homes only draw is the pool! The refrigerator went out the first day we were there it was replaced by the time we got back from our function however the front door is not secure the dishwasher does not clean the dishes there was a leak somewhere in the kitchen for the money it was a disappointment unfortunately! There was no check list for us to go by just not what I expected at all! I believe that some form of refund is in order . I did address this with the owner however that’s about it!

Awesome getaway for our large family!
The property was even better than expected. We didn't realize there was outdoor access to the pool room from the back yard which made drying off a breeze, especially for the kids! The big dining room table was perfect for doing lots of huge puzzles. Plenty of beds and sleeping areas, tons of bedding and towels. We couldn't find a checkout checklist so we did what we normally do for checkout, but a little binder may be helpful for future guests. Overall, we really enjoyed the peaceful stay and appreciated the "at home" feel of this beautiful home. Thanks for a nice week!

Perfect Family Spot!
We celebrated my 40th, my fathers 70th and my brother in laws 41st Birthday by doing a family vacation. My son has Autism so finding a hotel never really works. He doesn't move from place to place easily so these Air B and Bs have been a God send for my family. This property is unique and family fantastic. We felt so comfortable here and we made so many precious memories swimming and un-plugging. Kyler was responsive and awesome! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Quiet neighborhood and close to playgrounds. Swam early morning, through the day, and late at night. We also enjoyed the fenced back yard. Had a leak issue with the refrigerator but all else was great.

Perfect Family Getaway
This property was perfect in every way. The pool was a huge hit with kids and adults. It was warm and VERY clean. All pool toys and life jackets were provided. The house was well stocked, beds were comfortable and location was near good restaurants. It couldn’t have been better for our family!!

I wanted to give my husband a unique gift for his birthday so I rented this house for him the kids and grandkids and it did not disappoint! The indoor pool was a hit for all ages. The place is a bit dated and the temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs is pretty significant. We went to a near by store to get a space heater for downstairs. The house was well stocked and clean.

The BEST!

Quite safe neighborhood
We booked this home because it was close to our son's residence and it had a pool for our granddaughter. The home was very clean and quiet. The pool was outstanding and we had a lot of hours of fun. The pool came with toys, floats, life jackets for those who might need them. There is a grocery store nearby to stock up and kitchen ware for eating at home. i would definitely consider booking this property again if the opportunity arises.

Great Pool and plenty of space!
We had a wonderful stay! The pool is fantastic, especially in the winter when you wouldn't expect it. Tired the kids out every day! Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and easy to entertain. As a group who cooked all but one meal the week we were there, the kitchen could use a bit of work but it didn't in any way decrease the fun we had.

AMAZING!!!

Our stay was so great! The pool was nice and warm my kids had so much fun playing in the water. They would get out to eat and then jump back in! Can honestly say we will be booking again.
