Hotel Estúdio dois andares muito bom
Estúdio muitíssimo bem localizado ao lado do Rio Singapura com vários bares e restaurantes. Fica 10 minutos do centro. Hotel de bom nível com quartos não muito grandes mas que atende muito bem. Tanto a cama de casal quanto a de solteiro que fica no andar superior estavam ótimas. Banheiro separados e bons. Home office na parte superior do quarto. Café da manhã muito bom também e posso dizer que valeu a pena passar duas noites aqui. Tem academia, piscina e uma área muito ampla e bonita próximo a piscina e onde se toma o café da manhã. Pode vir sem receio. Li alguns comentários antes esperando meu check in que foi antes do horário e não encontrei nenhum ponto negativo que mencionaram em alguns comentários

Precisa de reforma
Quando se depara com o prédio e as instalações de áreas comuns, acha q a hospedagem será MARA, mas os quartos deixam MUITO a desejar... falta manutenção, ha cheiro de bolor, a cama é bem ruim e não há uma limpeza adeuqada deles.... As áreas comuns são ótimas, principalmente área de piscina e cafe da manhã... deveria ter dormido por lá..

Ótima experiência
Ótimo hotel! A localização não é central, mas a área é muito boa, com diversas opções de restaurantes por perto, e a locomoção através do metro é muito fácil e rápida para todas as áreas principais da cidade, o metrô fica a aproximadamente 10 minutos de caminhada do hotel, mas todas as estações centrais são muito próximas. O serviço no hotel não é muito personalizado, porém os funcionários são bastante atenciosos e ajudaram com tudo que precisamos. Os quartos são uma espécie de loft de dois andares, mas são muito confortáveis. Só não gostei do chuveiro ser separado do banheiro, mas mesmo assim, isso não atrapalhou em nada. A area de lazer e piscinas são muito boas. Foi uma ótima experiência, com um preço bem justo para uma cidade cara.

Very few staff working at property to help you, so it's not really a hotel experience; had to load all my bags out of the car myself onto a bag trolly and up to my room; also had to do the same coming down from my room; no assistance.

We have stayed at Studio M the last three times we visited to Singapore. It's fantastic as it is just a nice distance from the MRT. Chinatown, Little India and Sentosa are not too far away, and Clarke Quay is a nice shopping centre to have local. The Book Cafe across the road complements the already fantastic Breeze on Level 2 for food options.

Do not stay here.
DO NOT choose this hotel. You will be made miserable. The air conditioning did not work for my entire four day stay. I have called them three times, went down to the reception three times but nobody did anything. I had to complain very hard in the end and they promised to pay for the transportation after check out to Malaysia. And they never reimbursed it. I was belittled twice. My whole trip was ruined.

Loft concept is good. But the curtain was spoilt and we couldn’t fully close the curtain at night. We booked a room for 3 adults but everything in the room only came in pairs. We had to specially ask for one more set of towel, slippers, dental. We asked for an extension of check out time and our request was allowed. But at the original check out time, we started receiving calls to ask why we haven’t checked out. Seems like staff don’t really communicate well with one another.

Just within 10-minute walk from Havelock MRT station. Therefore, it is convenient. I like the buffet breakfast the best.

I have visited quite l lot of times the city but this was the worst experience regarding the cleanliness I every had in Asia. The sanitary area was - at least for me - an imposition. The rest of the hotel was ok, but thats obviously life and you can not only make good experiences.
