"Didnt get the chance to use the hot tub attached to the pool as we couldn't figure out how to get it to turn on or use it. Some instructions would have been nice instead of a small note of when something operated at certain times. It was either chilly, cold or raining to go to the beach so the pool was a plus. The house was very peaceful. My family and i enjoyed our stay very much despite the weather we ran into in Florida. Thank you for letting my family stay in your beautiful home."

"We were so excited to get away. The Host was amazing. They suggested the best beach to go to. The property had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. The pool was dirty when we got there from a storm that happened the day before. I made one phone call to the owner and they came the next morning and cleaned it. I will definitely go again"

"This was a great property. The property manager was in communication throughout the process, but not in an annoying way. The house was very clean and had an awesome backyard for the pups. About a half hour to downtown St. Pete. The Pinellas Trail is at the end of the street. I’ll definitely stay here again any time I’m in the St. Pete area."

"Overall we had an excellent stay. The home was clean and had plenty of space for a family of 5 to spread out or hang together. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. It is as our first time using VRBO and it was very positive. We did have contact with the property management company to let the know the master bath shower was not working, handle just spun around and never turned on and the master toilet needs to be tighten down with new Johnny bolts. "The house was in a great location with plenty of room. The home wasn’t as clean as we had hoped after finding some inappropriate materials on top of the refrigerator. A bed broke and while communication was quick to acknowledge the problem, no one followed up to help fix the situation. There was plenty of towels with a wonderful washer and dryer, but not a broom or extra blankets. Overall, I was disappointed."
