"We rented this ranch for our ministries Annual Board Retreat. We have 24 people on our Board and we have stayed at many location over the years. However, the ranch was hands down the best spot we have ever stayed at. There was such a peace about the property. The livestock is amazing, the house and the guest house are both clean and well kept but the lake and the view of the lake was incredible. We went in the February so we could swim or enjoy being in the water but just sitting on the porch...

"The house was just like the pictures very spacious and the host was very communicative. Had some trash outside and some cob webs. There was no microwave. Bathroom and rooms were very clean. Thanks for everything."

"This house looked very nice from the pictures and very nice from the outside, in fact, it had new kitchen tiles and seemed to have a new coat of paint, etc. Our major problem was that this house was not set up to be a rental house, it was more of a frat house. There were no dishes, no pots and pans coffee maker, cups paper towels, toilet paper, hand towels, bath towels, etc. there was less than this home to “live “then a residence inn. This house was on well water, the water pressure ended up...

"Light fell out of ceiling, shower didn’t drain, positive Covid text strip found under bed toilet seat broken dryer never heated didnt fix things. Doorbell broken only 2 towels person for a week stay with broken dryer left a day early and got hotel. Says golf and lake access which isn’t true. Warmer drawer not attached dishwasher not mounted. Very unresponsive. Would not ever recommend. And heard neighborhoood association dosnt even allow VRBO rentals"

"The house is just as pictured! We had a perfect stay for our family of three and a dog. The amenities were perfect and the communication from our host, Frank, was clear and easy. Being right on the small lake was so peaceful - the neighborhood is lovely and super quiet with mostly families and retirees. We loved how close we were to everything and can’t wait to return again soon."
