"This place was perfect for us. We were coming for a quick getaway and this place was extremely clean, no weird smells, and looks like the pictures. Two things I want to mention that could help with booking is the campground does rent out bikes and I think kayaks which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Also we couldn’t find towels which was a first for me in a bnb. Not a big deal for us because we wanted new ones for home anyway. Thanks for a great weekend and we will definitely be...

"Stayed 2 very peaceful nights at this very clean and well furnished home. We found the beds nicely firm. There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine."

"The location of this home is everything. Water views in all directions, a quiet secluded street, neighbors but great bars and restaurants are just 15 minutes away. I fell in love with the little town of Milton. We celebrated my son’s 1st birthday with a long weekend and it was just perfect for him. "The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the property could use improvement. Porches covered with pine needles, vents and cold air returns filled with built up dust. Property managers “Vacasa” kept saying they would do whatever they could to rectify the situation. But never did anything. I ended up buying a broom to sweep the porches. Just not a good way to do business."

"We absolutely loved 4404 Sandpiper!! This is our 4th year attending JazzFest and by far this was our favorite property. We plan to book 4404 next year as well. The carpet could use a good shampooing but other than that, THIS will be our spot for 2024 Family JazzFest!"

"Enjoyable. Everyone liked the home and accessibility to Bethany Beach's shoreline and vendors. The livingroom furniture (sofa) and upstaairs carpets were reported before to you as being filthy, and have remain so. We had put blankets on the sofa to sit. This really needs to be addressed!!!!!"

"This house is in a quiet neighborhood, with a large fenced in yard. We were in the area for a wedding, and having a home base close to the wedding venue was important to us. Our dog settled in quite nicely. It is a nice neighborhood to walk your dog. The house could use updating, as it appears to be an 80s house, but we were happy with the quietness. I had initially given the house a 5 star review when we first arrived, as it appeared to be clean, just old. The floors really need to be mopped....

"A estadia foi ótima. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho e era limpo. O café da manhã estava excelente e tinha várias opções. O hotel fica perto dos outlets. A melhor coisa pra mim foi o atendimento do pessoal da recepção. Infelizmente não me lembro o nome da moça que me atendeu, mas ela foi muito querida. Eu havia feito compras na Amazon antes de chegar ao Hotel e a loja entregou os pacotes separadamente, mas mesmo assim, tudo foi recebido e guardado numa sala junto à recepção. Sem nenhum custo. Agradeço muito por este cuidado com tudo. Excelente hospedagem. Local tranquilo. Recomendo."
