"Very cute cottage in a nice and quiet location. Very easy to get to The Big Chill and to The Horseshoe/Rosemary. The neighborhood was perfect for my preteen to ride his bike without worrying about traffic, close enough for the teen to bike to see his friends, and the dogs loved their walks each day. Would definitely stay there again."

"This cottage was in a great location - centrally located to Rosemary Beach, Seaside, etc. Bikes were provided - which was great, but we didn't get to use them. We had breakfast and lunch in most days bc we were working from home during the day. Dinners were all out, which was most appropriate due to the lack of cooking (pots and pans). Do not plan on cooking unless you purchase everything needed, including oil/spices/etc. The cottage was so cute and comfy. Great for a small family."

"This unit is on the first floor. There is a very short flight of stairs to the first floor with parking in front of the unit. This made loading and loading very easy. This property is conveniently located on 30A close to restaurants and shopping. Evenings were quiet without the noise of traffic or rowdy groups. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the temperatures in an excellent range. The patio is also a great place to enjoy the beautiful scenery."

"This was a clean nicely decorated condo. A few issues kept this from a five star rating. When we arrived we could not get the code for the overflow parking for our second for 3 days and felt that would be at risk of towing as there was only one assigned spot. Otherwise communication was timely and pleasant. The swimming pool was unavailable due the health code violations per the sign on the gate. Blender was broken, but was replaced almost immediately, that was awesome. Really fantastic view...

"Great location! Very nice condo. Would definitely stay again. The only complaint would be that the bath towels were washed in vinegar or something similar and smelled awful. Burned our eyes when we used them. That is the only complaint. Having beach service included was a huge plus as well!"

"This house was everything and more for our family! We had 4 kids ages 11, 3 and 2 under 1 and 6 adults. stay over Easter break. "We had a great stay at Joy On The Beach! The condo was clean, comfortable, with all that was needed to get started on your stay. We appreciated the beautiful marine decor. The view was amazing and could be enjoyed from the living room as well. The condo could be heated as you needed (compared to some hotels in Florida which don't allow a temperature above 72F). The check in was smooth; Kathy responded quickly to our emails and messages. Thank you!"
