"The location and cleanliness were excellent. However the downstairs door to the deck would not lock. Property manager was aware of this BEFORE we checked in and said they couldn't get parts to repair door lock. We were not made aware of this until we tried to lock the door."

"We had an amazing stay at Mountain Crest! It was clean, well kept, and had amazing views. The drive to the property was scenic, but was close enough to Lead if we needed anything, but also close to all the hiking trails. We go to the Black Hills every year, and will be looking to rebook this place next year!"

"We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. We had a group of 7 adults and 7 kids, we felt so comfortable in this cabin! The basement is so great for kids of all ages, there are great sleeping spaces for a group this size! This cabin has it all, some of us didn’t go explore the town as the cabin and beautiful scenery with falling snow was more than enough!! Would definitely recommend, and book again!"

"The hosts cleaning crew didn't do a great job, it wasn't gross, the cleaning company just didn't do details. The hosts were amazing, very responsive. The roads to the cabin were gravel, and i didn't realize that, and one way was VERY minimum maintenence. There is quiet a bit of new construction in the area, but we weren't bothered by it. Overall great stay, would book again."
