"We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed...

"The carriage house was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Close to grocery store, five minute bike ride. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride around in the Water Color neighborhood and to the beach. Beth was an exceptional host, made sure we had everything we needed and even came to pick us up after our dinner because the trolley had stopped operating for the evening. We enjoyed visiting with Beth and Randy, and meeting Gunner their dog."

"This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. "Some friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in beautiful 30A. Somehow the area exceeds the expectations you’ve already heard about 30A. The house itself was clean, everything worked, and the host was very responsive. The back deck was a perfect way to unwind after a beach day and the golf cart was SO fun to ride around in all the backroads of 30A there are to discover. Would absolutely book this place again."

"The condo is just as described. Beach access is very convenient although the closest one was under construction. The public beach access is just a couple blocks down, which we prefer because it has access to a bathroom. The condo was nice and the pool and laundry facilities were clean. "I LOVED staying here. It was super clean, cute and decorated beautifully. I loved the green accents and the black decor. I didn’t realize my room had a whole kitchenette which actually ended up being really helpful. The pool was the perfect temp and I loved the location to seaside beach.
