**Reservations over 20 nights will be charged energy and water according to consumption;

***It is necessary to pay a deposit of R$600.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 7 working days after check-out;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Living Room: 1 double sofa bed.

In addition to the apartment, all guests will have access to common areas. For the exclusive use of the kiosks, guests will have to book at the concierge with payment for single use, with a value of R$ 50.00.
