Good short stay
We booked this for an extended weekend and concert and enjoyed it! The location is downtown, so going into the weekend it was definitely loud with traffic and people, but to be expected. Unfortunately in the bedroom we could hear full conversations and even the opening of drink cans coming from the people next door. It ranged from 6am to midnight which made it hard to sleep in a relaxing environment. This is not the fault of the property owners, but still should be mentioned. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Our favorite
We have stayed in a few condos all over the west coast and this condo is by far one of the best. It has a beautiful view of DT, it’s cute and just the right size. It’s a quick walk over to the Delta center (main reason for our trip to SLC) we highly recommend this unit for your future trips to SLC, I know we will be back!

The room is terrific. Very comfortable and clean. The owner is terrific and accomodating. Getting in and out the room of it is a bit of a maze however.

Excellent!
Just a perfect one bedroom penthouse. Great location, gourmet kitchen, gated, covered parking. Hosts wonderful. Close to restaurants & sights of Salt Lake.

Penthouse Loft Salt Lake City
The pictures of the Penthouse loft are accurate. We spent a week at the loft. The loft is comfortable, and well stocked. Nice having a washer and dryer. We did not have any problem with noise from neighbors. The counter is high and hard to reach dishes. The bakery across the street is a must try as is the restaurant next door. We enjoyed Salt Lake City, the loft is in a good location for walking, with gated parking we felt safe.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great except there needs to be some more soundproofing in the bedroom. We could clearly hear the conversations of the folks next door ((who admittedly were talking loudly)

Everything I was looking for
The building itself is a little run down. The condo was immaculate though! We loved our stay here and loved the safety of parking the car inside of the gated parking lot.

Great Rental
Great rental. Perfect for two people. Just make sure you ask if the elevator is repaired before you rent. 4 flights is a long haul with luggage.

Thanks again for staying at the Loft. Yes! The brand new elevator has been installed and is operating perfectly. Hopefully you can make it back to stay again soon!

Excellent downtown location
Very much enjoyed our stay. Property was close to restaurants and a great bakery right across the street. Downtown and all Salt Lake City was within walking distance for us. The kitchen counter and vanity were indeed high as others noted, but it was very well appointed. Property owner quickly responded to our needs.

Loft in SLC
We stayed here for two nights while on vacation out west, the loft was beautiful, comfortable and exactly as pictured. We were in a locked/gated property which made us feel safe. Location in downtown.

Will definitely Return!
I absolutely love this place, it’s super cute, clean, very convenient, I needed to travel to and from the University Hospital. Hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to questions! There is a nice big bathtub to relax in after a stressful day! I will always check if this place is available when I need to travel to the U for work!

Lovely apartment
The apartment was lovely and the host was communicative throughout the process. We loved the area and it was very walkable. We stayed on a weekend so there was outside noise during the night but we were happy with our choice and would stay again.

Beautiful aparment
We had a lovely time at this apartment. The only detractor was the absence of an elevator which was boarded up and we were on the fourth/top floor. The counters are all very tall, which I loved, but a bit too high for my husband. Lol. It’s very close to all things downtown and easy to gets out/in town. I’d recommend…if the elevator is working!

The condo was very neat and clean. It had a lot of character to it. It was right in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City and very close to all sorts of restaurants and entertainment. The owners were fantastic and very responsive whenever we had a question. The elevator was broken and they offered to reimburse us 100% for our stay, but we chose to go anyway and we are very thankful that we did. They did give us a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling into the Salt Lake City area. If I go back to Utah I will definitely stay again.

We were in SLC for our daughter’s graduation from the U. Wanted to stay somewhere old and charming, and close to great restaurants and shops. We were not disappointed. Very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

Really nice place and location
I loved my stay here it’s beautiful part of town and a good distance to walk around to things. The place was really clean. You can hear in the bedroom the neighbors next door there is like a crack where the two walls meet so we could hear every tv show and conversations but overall a very nice place.

Beautiful space with well stocked kitchen. You have the materials to cook in the space and easy access to some amazing restaurants. Parking out back was great. Spaces are a little snug for larger vehicles but no problems.

Great stay in Salt Lake!
A spacious, light filled loft space in an old warehouse building. The neighborhood was wonderful, easy walking to excellent restaurants, bakeries, coffeeshops, perfect for foodies like us. We have been visiting Salt Lake to ski for years but this was our first time staying downtown and it was great to be able to drive to the ski areas during the day and enjoy the neighborhood on foot in the evening. We will be back!

Stayed here for our anniversary, and it's wonderful. I wanted somewhere nice, but there's no nice hotels in salt lake other than the grand America. Because I wanted to try something new, we stayed here and weren't disappointed.

Fantastic apartment, great feel
Whenever I stay in apartments while travelling, I try to find places that I would choose to live in if I called that city home. This apartment more than fit the bill. The beautiful brick walls and rounded windows of the old warehouse made this place so memorable. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful penthouse. Opening the windows and letting the cool air in was a plus. Wish we woulda stayed longer. Highly recommended, especially for the price. Only drawback: you better not be short…the interior is built out for a tall person (6’ plus). Nonetheless, at 5’10”, I’d stay again!! :)

Comfortable condo. Pretty views. All amenities you could want. We had a very pleasant stay. A little hectic getting the luggage to and from the entrance but a minor issue. In all 5 stars!

Visiting friends and family in Salt Lake City, and I wanted a place that was convenience to restaurants, coffee shops and transportation. This place was perfect. Salt Lake does have a very visible homeless population in the downtown area. No problems, but it took some getting used to for this suburban dweller.

Pleasant stay in a super convenient location.
Beautiful lodging in a unique and conveniently located historic building in downtown SLC. Everything we needed close by. Comfortable bed, hot shower and all the conveniences of home. Great communication with property host. I'd definitely stay again in the future!

Very Nice Property in SLC.
We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Very quiet and comfortable condo. Light and bright with tasteful decor. The German Bakery across the street should not be missed. Breakfast sandwiches are super good and the pastries even better.

Great Apartment in SLC
Excellent apartment for my wife and I to stay in while we were in SLC. Plenty of places to get eats and drinks within walking distance. Great furnishings. Really cool repurposed building.
