"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

"O apartamento não foi surpresa porque o anúncio reproduz na íntegra e em todos os aspetos o seu interior. Excelente decoração, super confortável com uma localização previlegiada bem no centro de Nice, com o mercado diário a uma duzia de passos, com muito comércio local, restaurantes, bares e a meia dúzia de passos do famoso "Promenade des anglais". A referir a simpatia e disponibilidade da proprietária Karine Moge e a recepção prestada por Sara da Prom'Holiday. Recomendo vivamente. "

"The Apartament has a great location, near to the beach and the Vieux Nice! We had a small problem with the washing machine and Stanislas was disponible and quickly helped us! He is a very nice and friendly person. The apartment has everything that a traveler needs and it is very confortable. Ir can be a little noisy in the night, because there are a lot of bars in its streets. But it is ok if you close the widows. It wasn't a big problem for us. Thank you, Stanislas!"

"We are one month into our European trip and have stayed at 10 different places so far but this has been the best by far .Yes it has 54 steps to get to the rooms and I have a broken foot so it wasn't easy but it was worth it .Lovely rooms - loads of space, well equipped kitchen and laundry and comfy beds .Then there was the outside terrace with views to die for.We stayed 6 nights and didn't want to leave .Menton is wonderful and this place is well situated between 2 great beaches .Loved it"

"Appartement très agréable à vivre, très bien décoré et fonctionnel à tous égards. Le balcon terrasse offre un espace appréciable de détente et une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. L'arrêt des bus, très fréquents, pour Nice ou Monaco est au bas de la résidence. Mais on peut aussi rejoindre Nice à pied le long de la corniche en une petite heure. "The appartment was perfectly situated just off the main avenue and tram route from the airport inside the old town ,an easy walk from the main tram station. The appointment is on the 2nd floor with 4 short flights of stairs to climb. You have all the items you need to enjoy your stay laid out in a typical French style although the access to the bath and wc can be a tight squeeze....a comfortable bed and plenty of hanging space . "Hotel mediano. Muito caro para o que oferece. O atendimento abaixo da média, não nos ajudaram a pegar as malas no carro, quando chegamos nos deram um quarto abaixo da categoria pela qual pagamos, tivemos que pedir para trocar. A localização é ótima, mas o quarto é minúsculo,mesmo não sendo o mais básico, não cabem nem as malas direito. Chuveiro não esquentava o sufienciente, ar condicionado não funcionou e tivemos que trocar de quarto pela segunda vez. Café da manhã é bom, restaurante do rooftop é bem bonito."
