"The bathroom ceiling beam was extremely low. All three of us hit our heads on it multiple times during the night when using the bathroom, which was both uncomfortable and unsafe. Although the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor, there is still another flight of stairs to reach the rooftop suite. Carrying large luggage up the stairs was very inconvenient.
