Very sorry to see that you were not happy with the housekeeping during your stay. Unfortunately our staff is not allowed to enter guest rooms and service it, if the do not disturb sign is on your door. We do hope that if you are in the area you will come back and stay with us again.

Only improvement would be to doublecheck the coffee pods - my room only had decaf on a day when full caf was definitely needed. Thank you for a great stay.
