They are always smiling and ready to make you enjoy your stay. ​The food is very tasty and the offer is varied. We were very satisfied with the food. There is something to eat and drink throughout the day. The room was cleaned every day but not very thoroughly and I don't think they change the sheets very often. So it would be good if they can improve that...

"This place surpassed our expectations as we had read some bad reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Staff are awesome, friendly & attentive, food was great with so much choice, love the grill area. The hotel is super clean & may not have super modern decor but looked nice & well kept. Definitely a good choice for families if you don't want somewhere too busy but good entertainment & really close to beach. "Quite amazingly recreated old world charm. We were given an automatic room upgrade at no cost by the helpful staff at the reception. Wonderful location at the heart of the old town of Kaleici, it is walking distance from all attractions like the Mermali Beach, Harbour, Hadrian's Gate and tram stops which are a very convenient mode of transport to go to the Archaeological Museum or the Pebble Beach Park. There are no elevators, but the hotel staff moved our luggage for us. Also the Taxi cannot...

"Çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Öncelikle emeği geçen herkese ama özellikle 3. Katta hizmet veren İnci ablamıza ve restoran şefi Nihat beye özel teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Onların sayesinde çok daha rahat geçti. Ayrıca IC Cafe çalışanları süperler. Bu sıcakta bu güler yüz muazzam. Otelin yemekleri gayet iyiydi. Çeşit az değil çıkanlar da kötü yemek hiç yok birkaç vasat opsiyon dışında her şey lezzetli. Çocuk oyun alanları çok fazla ve yeterli. Gelelim problemli kısıma otelin kesinlikle bakıma...
