You will also find a Bright and Fully developed basement with foos ball table , air hockey table . Full bathroom and a Washer and dryer available in the basement . On the main floor you will find an inviting living room and bright kitchen . Dining room table and a half bathroom. There is also an outdoor patio, Guest must provide picture ID before check in, No shoes allowed in the house. At check out guests must clean the dishes and make sure all windows are closed and back door locked , please abd it will be appreciated yo gather all bed sheets and used Towels and put them in the Lundry basket , if booking monthly stays , there would be walk through house inspection with 24hr notice given to guests .No additional supplies will be provided for monthly renters (coffee, sugar toilet paper, etc) . Government issued ID must be provided for additional adults staying on the property if renting monthly, late check outs will be charged $100/hr or contact the host by message , if there will be any valid reason of delay for me to approve a later check out time .
