"Had a fantastic time with our 4 adult (20s) children traveling from Madrid, States and UK. The home is clean, modern, and well appointed with everything you need (including hair straighteners!!!). Great location to wander to Gilbraltar and Ronda for the day and return for sunset cocktails and dinner overlooking the sea! Estepona is a quick drive to restaurants and markets. Hope to return one day."

"The drive up the hill the first time was interesting, but Carlos the owner met us at the bottom to show us the route.The villa is lovely with amazing views. We were 4 adults with a 4 and 2 yr old and barely left the villa as it had everything we needed. Carlos the owner couldnt be more helpful, to the point that he took time out of his working day to take us into town when our son was unwell, spoke to the Doctor and took us to the pharmacy. "This villa is truly truly beautiful. Spotlessly clean and everything you will need supplied. The owners were amazing too - responding really quickly to every query, and doing everything to make sure our stay was perfect. The view from the top bedroom across the mountains is unforgettable. It is in the perfect location for shops etc. it is set in beautiful gardens with a fabulous pool and is very private. It has a lovely feel about it, is very clean and tastefully decorated. "Villa was very clean, and well equipped. We had a great time. Communication with Gillian (the host) was great, we asked to book in early and this was not an issue. The location was a tab hilly for my father-in-law. There are quite a few bars and restaurants in walking distance; a mini mart and supermarket are within walking distance but if you have a few items of shopping it is advisable to jump in a cab for your return journey. We would book to stay again."

"Great villa with everything you need, pool amazing, beds a little soft than I prefer but personal preference. It is a convenient location although only 1 small issue being that you have to use an unmade road with steep hill and tight turns to get to it... Once there, no problem but would be more tricky with a larger car.. A car is essential as advertised… Would recommend.."

"Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in den Bergen mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer. Das letzte Stück der Zufahrtstraße besteht aus unbefestigtem Feldweg, der eine vorsichtige Fahrweise erfordert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, gemütliche Abende auf der Terrasse verbracht und es uns an kühleren Abenden vor dem Pelletofen im Wohnzimmer gemütlich gemacht."

"We had a terrific week at Medina Paloma. Great views down towards Nerja and the sea. Great facilities and the pool was brilliant if a little cold. Top tip: Do not follow the sat nav from Frigiliana. Very steep, narrow road and then across a river bed before a tortuous climb. Take the slightly longer road through Nerja which is much easier."

"The house is clean and nicely decorated. Communication with owner and caretaker also good. However the 4 lane A7 national road is directly bordered next to the garden and pool, the terrace and bbq place. For us, the extreme noise from trucks and motors spoiled the attempts to relax at the pool and our bbq dinner. We left therefor 3 days early. Franck was ok with that and returned the payment for the missing days. If you however don’t mind the noise, the place is perfect."
