"Loved the cottage, its contents, outdoor shower & deck space. Cleaners were there when we arrived 1/2 hour after the designationed checkin time. The owner arranged for a bottle of wine to compensate for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. We were not able to use the pool due to maintenance & the beach near the cottage was a good distance to walk with cooler, umbrella, chairs, etc. We ended up driving to other beaches, which was fine. "Our first Vrbo experience and this cozy cottage was exactly as represented. Sunny, very clean, quaint and charming, but with modern amenities, the cottage sits barely two blocks from Commercial Street's East End neighborhood. Amazing how quiet this little street is given how close it is to Provincetown central. Off-street parking, which is a must. Finally, the owners are extremely responsive to even the slightest issues. My wife already wants to book next year."

"Alan did such a great job. the garden is incredible and the whole property top standard. The location is central but quiet. It cannot get better. Only thing: we would have loved to have a second bath or toilet. There is an outdoor shower, but nobody really used it from us. We definitely would stay again at Alan's house when coming back to Ptwon."

"This is a nice location, with clean rooms. There is a murphy bed, which honestly was very comfortable, and it was nice to be able to fold it away. The room was very spacious and clean, and it is definitely a benefit to have a mini kitchen in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped to be able to make breakfast (stove, pans, coffee machine, microwave). We stayed in May which for us was great as the whole place was quiet and relaxed"
