"Love the property. Mixture of an older building with very nice modern upgrades. In a perfect location, next to the convention center, and in a very interesting neighborhood and walking distance to a variety of additional interesting neighborhoods. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend this apartment to everybody."

"Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay."

"What an absolute fantastic weekend in Va. My son is a Marine stationed at Fort Greg-Adams. He was given his 96hr leave for the Holiday weekend. We found this gem of a home in rural Va. The home is spacious and very clean. There are amazing amenities. Washer/dryer, front deck, bar-b-que handicap accessible door. Just a great home for a weekend. If you are a history buff it is double the bonus. There are plenty of Civil war trails to explore. Everything about the house and stay is an A++++++++++....

"Our first time staying at this property. So glad we found it - it will be our first choice for future trips to Chesdin. The house is spacious and wonderfully appointed. Kitchen has everything you'll need. Plenty of parking (we had 2 boats/trucks). The neighborhood is quiet and safe. House sits right on the water w/ a fabulous view of the sunset. This place is great for a family get-away or homebase for a fishing trip. Minutes to the Whippernock ramp."

"What a wonderful place to stay. A really great house that makes you feel a part of colonial history surrounded by a beautiful forest, English garden and a fun hiking trail from the front door. Cliff and Joy couldn't have been more gracious. Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown , Yorktown and the historic plantations are a short drive and ferry away. This is a amazing house a very unique stay"

"We loved the analog house! It is like having your own private sanctuary in the woods. The house was perfect for me and my husband and our two dogs. The kitchen is amazing and very well appointed. You really do have your own private beach front. We went kayaking, which was so nice and collected a bunch of shells. The sunsets on the beach every night were incredible. We will love this place and will definitely be back."

"This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend as we were in town for a soccer tournament. Very close to downtown but far enough away so it was quiet and very convenient to all the highways as well. Christian made it a very easy check in process and was in communication with us before our arrival as well as checking in after we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future when we come back to Richmond! Thanks for a great weekend stay!"

"O hotel é ótimo, quartos grandes e confortáveis, em uma área muito arborizada, acesso próximo a restautantes. Unico problema foi o checkin. Ao chegar haviam 2 pessoas sendo atendidas e ficamos na fila esperando respeitosamente a nossa vez. Chegou outra pessoa que perguntou se estávamos na fila e dissemos que sim. Ele se colocou mais ao fundo atrás de nós. De repente a atendente simplesmente nos ignorou e chamou o moço que havia chegado depois e fez o checkin dele. Aguardamos bastante indignados e depois perguntamos o que havia ocorrido e ele disse que simplesmente a atendente o havia chamado e ele foi. Quando eu disse a ela que devia considerar o Respeito pois estávamos ali há mais tempo e na fila, ela deu de ombros e perguntou: "Respeito por que? Quem é você?" Confesso que só mantivemos nossa estadia pois já estava paga. Mas realmente não esperávamos em um Hyatt encontrar um atendimento com tamanho desrespeito e desprezo ao hóspede!!!!"
