"This place is absolutely perfect for any visit to Clarkson! So clean and comfortable and only four minutes away from campus. Wish I would have found this on our first visit. It is close, yet so relaxing by the river with so many things to do to relax. Beth, the host, is very kind and helpful for absolutely anything you may need. Definitely recommend to any first year parents for a perfect place to stay throughout your childs college events throughout the years!"

"The property was close to St. Lawrence, where my daughter goes to school. It offered a nice living area with a full kitchen and laundry. The outdoor space was amazing. "This was our second time staying at the Scheller House and it now feels like our home away from home. The property is always clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with amenities. The owners are responsive and wonderful at leaving a little something extra to welcome the guests. The location is excellent, we were in town for Clarkson family weekend and walked easily to everything. We will definitely be back!"

By mid-October, this area is past the fall-foliage season and boat traffic is at a minimum. This listing is accurate. The place is quiet. The host is very responsive. Enjoy!"

"My husband and I had a great getaway. Experiencing peaceful evenings by the fire pit and small hikes during the late morning, hot tubbing and kayaking on the pond, and finished our evenings with dinner and Yatzee. Really enoyed Boyd Pond, and what great hosts Teresa and Chris were to share their peaceful property...We would definitely come back."

"Beautiful cottage, clean, excellent view. We used the boat every day. It was gassed up and worked fine. There is a wood pile for camp fires. Muliple kyaks, canoes, and a stand up paddleboard. I saw loons on the lake (first time for me) and we heard owls at night. The fridge was clean and empty when we arrived...so you do need to bring any condiments, etc you might need. They do have salt & pepper. They have a kerig and a regular drip coffee pot. Highly recommend staying here...we hope to come...

"We took a long weekend to so my granddaughter could visit her other grandparents in the area. The home is very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We wanted for nothing! We wished it was summer to take advantage of the lake amenities. We will definitely visit again."

"Tiny House is exactly what it is, it was perfect for what we needed and affordable. All the hotel chains in the area are outrageously over priced all the time. This rental is perfect for a couple or single person staying a night or two. Its an all open floor space, double bed is a fotone & queen bed was up on a loft. 3 of us with a dog stayed 1 night, my 17 year old was the better option to climb up to queen bed, my husband and i stayed on the couch bed and our 50lb dog laid on his dog bed...
