"Our stay at the Kasa South Side was good. Not fantastic - but pretty good! Pls read to the end to get our full input... We had a bunch of issues that were pretty irritating (pull-out bed was not usable... it was ONLY springs and there were no sheets; thermostat was hard to figure out... it was missing the cover with instructions; the parking/entering building was confusing upon arrival & the parking lot was on the complete opposite end of the building from our Kasa; only one set of elevators...

"While understanding this was a new property host I know trial and error might need to be considered. In saying this, the bed was broken! it was late, we didn't have time to address it with the host, and we were running a marathon the next day. My partner (average sized man)simply sat on the bed and a big crack followed. The already uncomfortable bed was completely sagging rendering it unable for two people to sleep on. I had to lay diagonal to avoid the sagging area and my partner was stuck...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay even with the quirkiness. Entry door could be frustrating and the kitchen is lacking in equipment.. The studio is very comfortable, love the layout and the rainfall shower is amazing. So if you are looking for a place close to Pitt and want a cool place to stay I suggest this little place."

"We were in Pittsburgh for Pitt's graduation. We were so lucky that we rented this place. Having 2 very spacious bedrooms was the best. The entire place was incredibly clean! Our favorite was sitting on the front porch just relaxing. AND we managed to park both of our cars directly in front of the property. We will definitely rent again."

"We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. My husband and I were taking our son to his first Steelers game and this was within walking distance to the stadium and other downtown restaurants and bars. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for the 3 of us. The valet was an added plus."

"The property was very clean and neat. Everything was in working order. Towels and Linens provided was especially convenient. Location was nice located across the street from a dollar general incase you needed to grab any last minute items. The Pitt campus, shopping and restaurants all within 15 minute drive. Parking is on the street and was typically readily available. We would stay again."

"Fiquei no apartamento com 1 quarto! Apartamento incrível! Lindo ! Móveis novos ! Cozinha para pequenas refeições perfeita! Máquina de lavar e de secar no quarto! Quarto maravilhoso! Único defeito! Se estiver em 3 pessoas como foi nosso caso! Quem fica no sofá cama da sala que até é confortável, mas não tem cortinas nem blackaut na janela isso prejudica um pouco se estiver em mais que 2 pessoas ! Caso esteja em casal ! É perfeito! Localização excelente! Academia fantástica! Chuveiro maravilhoso! Vale muito a pena !! Estacionamento apertado para carros grandes, mas nada impossível também! Vista do roof top demais ! Voltaria com certeza!"
