Bom mas muito frio e muito caro.
O hotel era legal, quarto bom, boa estrutura, parque legal. Mas o atendimento é terrível - ficamos no vip que não pareceu vip - atendentes com nenhuma boa vontade e várias informações enganosas. Tudo e extremamente caro - bebida, comida, táxi. Ar condicionado sempre muito forte em áreas comuns meio que para expulsar as pessoas. Achei pouco confortável no geral, embora o parque seja incrível. Restaurantes sempre ou cheíssimos de fila ou caríssimos. Faltou aquele sentimento de viagem relaxante.

Propriedade incrível! Férias em familia
Local incrível, a propriedade e todo o ambiente são maravilhosos. Praias bonitas, com aguas quentes e mar calmo. O hotel como um todo é excelente. Pontos fracos, comida muito cara e são muitos colaboradores trabalhando lá, muitos deles não são simpáticos e pouco atenciosos.

Wonderful stay at The Royal Atlantis. The room was spacious and very clean. The service staff was superb and we felt very welcomed. Dining options are great but reservations are a must for many of them. There are many beach options in the resort so make sure you visit them all as they are pretty different. The Royal beach is great but it can be a bit crowded because of the water sports offered there. Paradise beach and Cove beach are a bit more secluded but beautiful. Paradise beach is perfect for watching the sunset. We had a fabulous time and we are definitely coming back since there is so much more to explore.

Inside hotel was EXTREMELY COLD I had to wear a jacket indoors Very long lines for breakfast in the morning, so be prepared to wait for your morning coffee, you have to take a cab to a Dunkin Donuts, the cab will cost you at least $25 one way You cannot walk to anything outside the resort, you have to get a cab which is very expensive, no UBER here, paid $20 one way to go 1.5 miles Seems like everyone here is trying to scam you out of money Everything here and I mean everything is super duper expensive, like double the price I pay in New York, paid like $7 for a soda, I’m not a drinker do I can imagine how expensive liquor is Every morning there was loud construction and drilling noises above my room making it hard to sleep (I did get a $150 comp) The water park was ok, many slides were closed All in all I feel you can get more bang for your buck at an all inclusive resort This resort looks great on TV but not worth it

Food was expensive. Certain areas under construction and 1 or 2 slides closed. The room had a clicking noise coming from the bathroom. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful. Beach was excellent and the marine life was awesome.

The property was immaculate! The the decor and ambience is surreal. The moment you walk in your taken a back by the beauty of the details. There is so much to do from aquariums, to the beach, water park and shops! Everything is a must see. The rooms are spacious is modern. The only downside is the beds are uncomfortable, there isn’t many gluten-free options, and there is much communication about what’s going on. You sort of have to wing it and find out for yourself. Must staff were friendly but some were rude. The resort is big so expect to walk a lot. Find food options are easy but the times are limited. I highly recommend.

Resort was amazing for a family trip. Pools and Beaches were fantastic. Food and drinks expensive. Everything closes early, wish they had more family entertainment after 7pm.

I loved the property, and recommend better signage to the different locations around the resort. I stayed at the Royal Hotel, and I did not know that my bed would not have a comforter. Throw blankets had to be requested, and bottled water was not provided in the room. Those are basic amenities for a high-end property. The security was visible and attentive. The staff was professional and cordial.
