"My relatives came to town for my son's wedding, they stayed at the property for 7 days. First of all, the place was very clean, and kitchen has all the stuff we needed. Second, the location is great, it's close to freeways, and short drive to most of the major attractions. And last, but not the least, Chris was a great owner. He respond to our question/request promptly, and was very flexible with our earlier check-in. We definitely will rent again!"

It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a few minute drive to excellent restaurants, Whole Foods and other nice shops on University Ave. The drive to Stanford Medical and University was 7 - 10 minutes away. "We stayed at this property for four nights over a spring break trip to the Bay Area. The home worked so well for our family. We were super impressed by the how thoughtfully stocked the home was with snacks, hygiene supplies and much more. The garden space is charming and well cared for. We were thrilled that we were able to extend our stay by a night when one of our kids wasn’t feeling well. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t have time to enjoy the outdoor entertainment area."

"The home is amazing. It’s roomy with an open floor plan and high ceilings. It’s not in the best neighborhood - but it’s tucked safely away in a culdesac. We would definitely stay there again."

"Great property. Unfortunate beginning to our stay. I had requested (and manager confirmed)an early arrival (a couple of hours early). When we arrived (the door was not locked) residence was trashed--garbage everywhere. Nothing cleaned. No one in site. VRBO did send a cleaning squad as soon as they could and paid for our dinner out while the home was cleaned. But the arrival left a bad impression."

"This accommodated our family of 3 couples and 3 single adults fairly well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom but those who slept on the sleeper sofa had to share a bathroom. It would work better for not all adults. They charged for parking for each room, but credited us for one when we complained of a non-working coffee maker. The kitchens were very nice and well equipped, and they had a great full, hot breakfast and pleasant dining areas inside and out."

"It was my 70th birthday and we booked two suites. Check in was a breeze - they allowed us to the rooms early, made sure the rooms were next to each other, carried our luggage to our rooms. I couldn't be happer with the selection and will definitely recommend. The only thing was being able to let people know where we were staying. Having the name Sonesta Suites would have been helpful to help our friends find the location."

"Needed short rental due to house fumigation. This was close to our home and provided what we needed for 3 days. Host was amenable to a couple of not usual requests. Parking area turn around is tight. Better to back in from street. Overall great for 2 people"

Appears to be a leak under the kitchen sink. Many patches in the walls and a stain on the kitchen wall. The filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed.
