"The amenities stated are not there.. newer built with contractor issues, once checked out accused of damage that happened in a room that I never went in. That a child had done. (Drawings on walls) no children with us. Yes I will admit that my pup did a small tinkle on rug that I didn’t see. But I don’t like being accused of damage when I’m very OCD about cleanliness so I washed the towels and started 2 loads of bed linens before I left, all dishes and counters were scrubbed. "The House is located in the Ozark town close to restaurants and supermarkets. The house is very clean and spacious. It has everything a family might need. The recreation room is super cool. The owners pay attention to details that makes your stay easier and enjoyable. The communication with the owner is very fast. "This was my second time staying at the Comfort and Chickens Virbo. Beverly the owner is a fantastic host. I still have yet to meet her but i feel like i know her. We both love our chickens. House is well kept and she leaves you snacks, candy, and all the fixens for breakfast. Beds were also comfortable and the fireplace is a great touch. I will forever choose Beverly's home on my visits to see my family."

Convenient location to trail heads, Oark General Store is great for fuel, food and last minute items you forgot. Mary and Katie are great hosts for the property and its meets its description.
